The objective of this course is to improve upon student performance in his or her first professional managerial experience. Topics may include but are not limited to: Strategic planning and project planning, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork and other working relationships, The importance of tenacity, Thinking outside the box/creative problem solving, Dealing with ambiguity, Dealing with ethnical challenges, Making management decisions, Handling financial responsibility, Leadership skills and challenges.

Teaches students how to administer business organizations, including strategy formulations, implementation, and executive control with exposure to business cases. This class meets all the requirements for the senior capstone experience in Business Administration.
